"Folks with Tendinitis should give Palo Santo a Try"

One of my clients was diagnosed with tendinitis in the knee several months ago. No matter what drug or therapy he tried, the pain persisted. He ordered a bottle of Palo Santo and here's what happened: 'Within a few minutes after applying the oil, the constant pain I was experiencing disappeared. I applied the oil one more time, the next day, just for good measure. Four days later, I’m happy and amazed to report that the pain hasn’t reappeared. There’s still sensitivity if I stretch the knee at oblique angles, but all of the chronic pain is gone. Wow! I always read testimonials with a degree of skepticism. This was no 'miracle cure for cancer' or the like, but I would strongly recommend that folks with tendinitis give Palo Santo a try.'

Cure of tendon injuries is essentially practical. Using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications coupled with Physical Therapy, rest, orthotics or braces, and moderate return to workout is a common therapy.
An acronym used to list the remedial treatments in fixing tendinitis is ìRICEî: Rest, Ice, Compress, and Elevate.
Resting assists in the prevention of further injury to the tendon.
Ice is effective at soothing pain, restricting too much swelling, and stimulating blood circulation after the fact.
Compression and elevation both perform similarly to ice in their ability to restrict excessive, unnecessary inflammation.
Initial recovery is commonly within 2 to 3 days and full recuperation is within 4 to 6 week. Visit my site to learn more about tendonitis treatment http://tendlite.com
