I recently experienced some very intense pain in my wrist and all the way up my arm that I can only attibute to the increased use of my computer. I applied three drops of PanAway, neat, to my wrist and rubbed some Ortho Sport over my entire arm and within 20 minutes, the pain was gone. This was some serious pain and I was pleased that the pain dulled within a few minutes, but was amazed that it had gone completely within 20 minutes. I also applied some peppermint (I was away from home and only had peppermint with me at the time) throughout the day as I felt it returning, with the same result.
